At RKB SALES, we strive to provide high-quality imitation jewellery to our wholesale customers. This Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products may be exchanged.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange only if they meet the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unsold, and undamaged

  • Products must be returned in original condition with the same packaging

  • Exchange is applicable only for B2B customers (retailers, resellers, and online sellers)

2. Exchange Due to Unsold Products

As a B2B wholesale brand, RKB SALES allows exchange of unsold products under the following terms:

  • Products must not be sold, worn, or altered

  • Same original packaging must be intact

  • Exchange request must be approved after inspection

Once approved, the customer may exchange the product for another item of equal or adjusted value, subject to stock availability.

3. Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Products

An exchange may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product delivered is incorrect

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos as proof.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products returned after 15 days

  • Used, worn, or altered items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (if specified at the time of sale)

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with order details

  2. Share images/videos if required

  3. Wait for approval from our team

  4. Send the product to the provided return address

  5. Exchange will be processed after quality inspection

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our side

  • Any additional price difference must be paid by the customer if applicable

7. Final Decision

RKB SALES reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after inspection. Our decision will be final and binding.
